Traits

If SimplePark were a person, it would be the friendly neighbor who knows how parking works and doesn't make a fuss about it. You ask a question, you get a straight answer, they tell you what it costs before you ask, and you go on your way.

Down to earth. We don't get excited about parking and don't expect you to. We state facts, not feelings.

Warm. On your side. When something goes wrong we help first and explain after, and we never make you feel stupid.

Calm. No pressure, no countdowns, no noise. We are there when you need us and quiet when you don't.

Simple and fair are not on this list on purpose. They are what we stand for (see values); repeating them as traits would make two lists say the same thing. How the values and these traits sound in writing is on tone of voice, which has no list of its own.
